A woman killed in a house fire near Middlesbrough has been described by her mother as a beautiful soul who would have done anything for anybody. A twenty-six-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of the murder of Ann Widdecombe. Devon and Cornwall Police confirmed the suspect, a white British national, was detained on Friday afternoon at an address in Newton Abbot.
