Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni have reached a settlement over civil claims brought by the actress following their work together on It Ends With Us.

A judge had previously dismissed most claims, including harassment, but allowed others to proceed including breach of contract and retaliation. Two people have died after a car drove into pedestrians in the German city of Leipzig.

Police say two others were severely injured in the incident on Grimmaische Strasse, a route leading into the city’s main shopping area. The vehicle and its driver have been stopped and are no longer considered a threat. Leipzig is one of the largest cities in eastern Germany, with a population of more than six hundred and thirty thousand people.
