A teenage girl who died in a three car collision in South Wales has been described as funny, kind and caring by her brother. Seventeen year old Demi Edmunds died at the scene of the crash on the A4042 in Cwmbran, Monmouthshire, at around twelve twenty five on Thursday, according to Gwent Police.
