A rescue diver has died in the Maldives while searching for the bodies of four Italian scuba divers who died in an accident.

The Italian divers died while attempting to explore caves at a depth of around fifty metres. Only one body has been recovered so far, at a depth of sixty metres. It is believed to be the worst single diving accident in the history of the Indian Ocean nation.
A military rider has died at the Royal Windsor Horse Show after falling from their horse.
The service person, who was a soldier in the King’s Troop, Royal Horse Artillery, fell during the event at around seven o’clock yesterday evening. Immediate medical treatment was provided at the scene, but the soldier died from serious injuries. Police confirmed the family has been informed.

A thirty-eight-year-old man has died after being bitten by a shark at a popular tourist hotspot in Western Australia.
Police confirmed the attack took place on Saturday morning at Horseshoe Reef near Rottnest Island, which is situated about thirty-one kilometres west of Perth. The man was brought back to the shore but could not be revived. Surf Life Saving Western Australia reported that a four-metre shark had been spotted eighty metres offshore around ten o’clock local time. This is the second fatal shark attack in the country this year.
