The pioneering investigative reporter Roger Cook has died at the age of eighty-three following a short illness.
His family confirmed he passed away peacefully on Saturday. Cook built a distinguished, award-winning career in television journalism, becoming famous for confronting criminals face-to-face on camera and challenging them on their own doorsteps. His family described him as a beloved husband and father who will be deeply missed.
