A man has died following a tiger attack at Yorkshire Wildlife Park near Doncaster.
South Yorkshire Police confirmed officers were called at twenty-five minutes to two this afternoon after reports that a man had entered the tiger enclosure. He was attacked by the tiger and died at the scene. Police confirmed his family have been informed and a park spokesperson expressed deep sadness and heartfelt sympathies for his loved ones.

A man has been jailed for shoplifting just days after being freed under the government’s early release scheme.
Thirty-eight-year-old Michael Bogle was released from HMP Wandsworth on the first of October in the initial wave of prisoner releases. In the four days following his release, Bogle stole over one hundred pounds worth of detergent from north London supermarkets, despite having told reporters outside prison that conditions inside were awful and people like him should not face long sentences.
